There is great opportunity to work in the community.

Cons

There is no leadership. Those in charge spend all day doing busy work or simply not being available. The team lead spent an entire year planning for her wedding and hiding her pregnancy. This took so much of her energy, aside from catching up on her duties unrelated to team leading activities. Honestly, I feel badly for this organization's clients.
