Lots of good people trying to move the company forward.

Cons

Upper management has no clue what they are doing. 2 of the 3 founders. I mean 4 but they erased 1 from the history. That's how shady they are.

Some good coworkers, you get to witness changes to the company’s progression.

Cons

- 4 and 5 star reviews by “software engineer” and “product manager” were written by a CTO, VP, and senior director at the time - The company has a lot of internal politics and hierarchy now. People try to get better visibility and step on other’s toes and take credit where they don’t deserve. - Decisions are made top down by managers without thorough research or feedback - Lots of reactive decision making rather than proactive. Example: the CPO “didn’t believe in processes” for 100+ people working together, mistakes arose and took 2 years to undo. - Compensation is far below market rate - Need to speak native mandarin or communication is very difficult. This also means late nights with the China team
