      Outstanding Culture - Iffy on remote work

      Pros

      The in-person culture is amazing. If you are in the Detroit metro area I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Salary transparency and a no-bonus setup are wonderful. Benefits are slightly better than to be expected in a small consulting company. Small (60ish) company means that staff are people not numbers

      Cons

      I can't really recommend this company if you are planning to work remotely. So much of the culture is based on office get togethers and activities that it is harder to really stay connected if remote. This is really the only criticism I have. I loved my time there.

      Pros

      I really like working at X by 2. The people are outstanding and the projects provide opportunities to learn and grow. The business is built on long-standing client relationships in which X by 2 is a strategic partner rather than a hired gun. Leadership is engaged and effective. They look to hire top talent and then leverage each unique skillset on the right project.

      Nothing in particular comes to mind.
