      I'm really happy with my projects, leadership, and colleagues at X by 2. The company culture, business prospects, and opportunities for advancement are outstanding.

      Cons

      Consulting is not for everyone.

      More than I hoped for

      Pros

      X by 2 does an excellent job of caring for the individual. I never feel like a cog in the wheel. The culture, compensation, and work have all exceeded my expectations. There is a diversity of work tailored to my interests, opportunities for growth, and trust in my integrity. The position is hybrid with incentives to come into office consistently, such as free lunch on Wednesdays. PTO days are given generously with an option to split PTO time into 2 hour increments instead of full days. Upper management has been nothing but kind of personable. I haven't had a single legitimate complaint about X by 2 in my 9 months of working here.

      Cons

      This job is not well suited for those who like being micromanaged or those who always want everyone to be in office.

      Outstanding Culture - Iffy on remote work

      Pros

      The in-person culture is amazing. If you are in the Detroit metro area I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Salary transparency and a no-bonus setup are wonderful. Benefits are slightly better than to be expected in a small consulting company. Small (60ish) company means that staff are people not numbers

      Cons

      I can't really recommend this company if you are planning to work remotely. So much of the culture is based on office get togethers and activities that it is harder to really stay connected if remote. This is really the only criticism I have. I loved my time there.
