No Sales, too many cheaper and better known competitors and lack of management support for finding customers Lack of communication regarding individual performance and no real clear way of understanding if what we do is helping or hurting the company Out of touch operations department and staff - too much nepotism and focus only on creating operations staff job security instead of focus on business growth

The engineering focus of XKL as a company is strong but operations is somewhat lacking. XKL also needs to improve their sales channel as a company - I am encouraged by recent steps that have been made to address this deficiency. I have read some of the other reviews and agree there is immaturity found in some of the operational personnel. From my personal experience, even though I did not agree with the approach of some co-workers, I have always been treated with professionalism and respect and allowed to fulfill my role with dignity.
