      Pros

      1) The company continues to have a great startup feel. It remains to be nimble, fast-paced and open with communication. We get to put many different hats to broaden our expertise. 2) Benefits/perks. Good work/life balance. Free soda and drinks. Competitive pay. 3) You get to work with some of brightest minds in the networking industry, who are very willing to teach and share there knowledge.

      Cons

      1) Yes, there is a bit bureaucracy, however I don't believe its anything more than you see in any other company. 2) Weak on personal reviews and providing long-term vision for employees. Seems like management is working on these areas.

      working with some of the brightest engineers interesting technology

      Cons

      Too much internal dysfunction is allowed No business direction or business management focus Zero leadership outside of engineering Wasted time and money daily by people only here to push personal agendas and protect their areas of control Lack of customers and no communication from anyone about what this means for the future Screwed up priorities and no one at the top seems bothered by the status quo
