Pros

Growing company, competitive pay, great logo, opportunity to travel as an auditor, work with sites

Cons

I work in Quality and Quality is not given the emphasis it should have. VPs whine about having to follow a Quality System. The companies we are acquiring are not being on boarded properly. The new sites are being thrown into the fray and told to swim. I work at the corporate offices and we get no recognition like employees at the sites. The sites get t-shirts, jackets, etc. We get nothing at corporate. Too many people at corporate that do not do their jobs.

Pros

Can't think of many at all..

Cons

-Schedule was always changing -plan was always changing -very reactionary planning -too much favoritism -some management was very unprofessional -HR was very unprofessional -treated many associates horribly -expected you to come in on off days for meetings quite often/check your company phone all day every day whether you were on vacation or on an off day -upper management does not usually respect a supervisors' decisions, regardless of reasoning ...the list could go on and on...

Pros

They have a potluck almost every week, if you like eating other people's food from their homes. Know how to play the politic game with the right people, you might be able to get an account that has little or no issues and automatically pays on time.

Cons

Long-term employment less likely. Turn over rate extremely high. Tenured employees leaving company fast because of more work, no raises for experience and playing management roles with no advancement. Experience managers are quitting and new managers have knowledge of how to fix or assist with client issues. The accounts are extremely old and most of the companies have pulled their business. Mass hiring to see of old A/R can be liquidated.
