      Nothing to speak of. I hated working for these guys -5 stars

      The high scored reviews were directed by xpo management so they dont look like a scumbag company. They lie,cheat, and steal from employees. This is the biggest clown show I'v ever been employed with.

      paycheck nothing else no pros working for this place

      bad director level management, poor work life balance, they will replace you for a cheaper option. No loyalty, trust, bad culture poor leadership look just go to a better employer oh and drivers and mechanics need to unionize now!!!!!, also experienced racism, and a good ol boys club mentality

      Pros

      Not much that I can think of at this time. You may be able to advance, but this is touch and go.

      Cons

      This company is very unorganized. There is high drug use by the general employees and by some of the managers. The higher ups are intimidated by employees who have high standards for themselves, are high performers and willing to take the initiative to take on additional tasks. ( I find this odd considering MOST companies want their employees to function at a high level). There is VERY high turnover because some of the supervisors treat employees like slaves and have a tendency to treat adults (those who may in fact be older than them) like children. Absolutely no respect. There is nepotism and favoritism at this site.. Any promotion is dependent upon who you know or who you sleep with.
