Pros

Great company with a culture that is focused on the customer, and where results matter. A lot of opportunity as long as you are willing to take the initiative, hold yourself and others responsible. Individuals with big egos and lack of humility are not prevalent... Very collaborative environment where everyone is willing to help each other (regardless of business unit, department or title)... Quite refreshing, especially in such a large company.

Cons

Sometimes long hours are required to meet commitments. Overall, no real Cons though.

I actually enjoy working with the company were contracted by versus company I work for.

Cons

The challenge of working for XPO is they do do not promote older employees. They prefer employees who are in their twenties and thirties.

Decent salary and medical benefits

Cons

Zero work life balance, terrible upper management, obvious favoritism, no room for advancement, sexual misconduct being reported and no one intervening, and upper management spreading gossip.
