Pros

Motivated culture, talented employees, passionate employees, opportunities to excel and to move up or over to different departments, promotes from within as much as possible. Teamwork

Cons

If you don't like motivated or passionate people, not the place. High intensity due to customer satisfaction focus. For some it can be overly stressful and hours can be long depending upon current projects/seasonality.

Pros

My service center has some great employees, FOS's, and SCM. I enjoy the similarities and differences that each day brings. Feel comfortable at work. Great opportunities to advance if you work for it.

Cons

The coordinators thing they know what's going on but they don't 95% of the time. Sometimes communication is lacking. Seems like the people who do the least, complain the most. Some service centers have unsocial SCM's and they make stress levels go up.
