Easy work-No communication

Pros

A melting pot of different cultures. A lot of overtime. Friendly co-workers. A decent stepping stone for getting back into the work force but long term not pay friendly.

Cons

When working 10 hrs shifts one break and lunch. Separation among different cultures, each stick to their own people. Point system and no consideration for family emergencys. Too much gossip. Management do not communicate well with employees., and when the do they talk to you like you are beneath them. they treat you like you are children instead of adults.

Pros

occasional raffles easy job it is now a big company with other sites around the country

Cons

low pay the management and leadership is downright terrible not enough supplies to do job revolving door of employees in every department. some people did not even finish their first day massive lack of communication there is no respect between employees and management and supervisors mangers like to blame employees for problems that the management creates micro management is the norm lots of slackers work here. not a very good work ethic among most employees
