      Collaborative, Fun and Game Changing

      Pros

      - Industry Leader in multiple logistics service offerings - Fast Paced and demanding but provides great work/life balance - Don't have to break through lots of red tape to make progress/change- if something can be done better- then take the lead and make it happen - Great brand recognition in the marketplace- led by strong market presence from the C-level executives - Great place for those that love to win!

      Cons

      - Five Year old company still developing many processes and procedures - Cohesiveness in bringing together 18 acquired companies- it takes time - Strategy to achieve the vision seems to change often, another product of young fast growing company

      At least you have a job.

      Cons

      fired after 9 1/2 years. Supervisor didn't give a weekend schedule so I didn't show up to work.I guess I got fired because I was going to counseling for ptsd. I am an Afghanistan and Iraq veteran. H R told me I was a great worker but still couldn't give a legitimate answer to why I was fired.... Go figure. By the way my counseling was after work. 9 1/2 years vs a weekend? Plus I had perfect attendance.

      Could care less about their drivers You'll do better at most other LTL carriers

      Pros

      Home every night and over time (but I'm sure they're going to take that away soon too to please the stockholders though they will lose a lot of good drivers) Avg equipment

      Cons

      Always short-staffed cuz they can not get drivers to apply because of poor reputation Mediocre pay forth in the industry Raise health insurance premiums and deductible by 75% this year No pay raise in 15 months Camera pointed inside cab so they can blame you for accidents Employee 401k is not able to invest into Company stock.. That's only for executive management
