Pros

Benefits are nice. Hours can be flexible depending on the position you are in. My office had a lot of hard workers.

Cons

There is room for promotion BUT No raise for promotion when doing 10xs the work. You cant expect employees to take on that much more work and not give them a pay raise. Also the amount of stress and little to no help from anyone.

Pros

Not much at all they call morale a fund raiser

Cons

They will screw you every chance they get. The only reward for hard work.is more work,the first shift busts there butt but the second shift reeps the rewards and they are terrible.

Pros

We get paid really well. We have a pretty good Community between the drivers. We try to look out for each other.

Cons

Our equipment doesn't work and keeps breaking down. Management doesn't want to fix it. We are way under staffed, working to the point of exhaustion.
