Business Outlook
Pros
Former Menlo prior to acquisition. Current role is great but there is no bonus structure. Previous role had horibble managers. I find no pros there other than keeping busy.
Cons
No retention to keep current employees, special department being dismanted and no offers of retention to stay in other roles. Some upper positions pay less and no oportunities to stay. Previous role maintains those horribe managers.
