Pros

Benefits are far superior to most lower income jobs and the work is modest to easy if you can easily count large amounts of items.

Cons

Policies change quite frequently. The client tends to require more and more strict rules and procedures to the point of strangling efficiency.

Pros

Benefits are decent and some people enjoyable to work with. Ability to learn a lot of different tasks and skills to put on your resume

Cons

There's been changes in management more than I can count. Good luck ever getting out on time. No notice for mandatory OT. Account has if itself into a hole and are at the mercy of the customer who is demanding and violates contract terms. "Training" system is garbage. Favoritism is the only way to move up.
