Good local relationships with internal customers.

Terrible management. Terrible bonus structure. Haven't had a raise in 4-5 years dislike being a top performer.

Pros

Excitement around brand, sense of pride in "one XPO", the people left over from legacy companies...good people.

Cons

No common systems, no training, no leadership development, no collaboration between the many different companies that now make up XPO. All of the really good talent has left the organization.

Great place to work. Great people great managers. Great customers.

Cons

Need to get rid of the horrible CNG trucks in Romeoville Illinois. They leak gas fumes into the trucks are weak will barely pull the loads adequately are very hard on the knees and backs of drivers plus get terrible gas mileage. I hate those CNG trucks.
