Let you do your own work - made what you put in to it. Good people to work with

Constantly changed commission structure, no real security on the accounts you brought in - would take and give new ones

Their were really no pros to working at this company. Horrible management. They don't care about their wmployees

Pros

Friendly people, pretty much always knew what was expected of you.

Cons

Long hours, no real lunch break, not much support from upper management to assist with the morale issue that the terminal had. LEAN is a practice that should be left in manufacturing. Come up with something more specific to transportation and logistics instead of ripping something from another industry. It was like trying to fit a square peg through a round hole.
