Pros

Pay was equal or better than standard for the industry.

Cons

Overworked and constantly under staffed. Supervisors were treated as scapegoats constantly. They treat their hourly employees well. Supervisors and ever managers, good luck.

Pros

Amazing Team Many Different Accounts so there is a lot of different types of positions Now part of a greater network Opportunities to work directly with the customers so you can get exposure to their business as well

Cons

Compensation Organizational Structure is very wide and short - very hard to advance The company is not open to inter-company advancement or movement The culture feels more like "big brother watching" rather than a company trying to develop its employees

None, since the buyout by XPO Logistics former Con-way Employees were left in the dark.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. CEO thinks LTL management is overpaid. Jobs were cut strictly buy numbers not by performance.
