      Pros

      Not a bad place to work, accessibility to leadership is fairly easy if you are outspoken and direct. If you have a good territory you'll be able to sell, however, expect long sales cycles. If you are looking for something more transactional, this is not the place for you! Cool workspace, free snacks, good location if you live downtown

      Cons

      Not an easy product to sell. Sales cycles are extremely long and complex unless your buyer has familiarity with the software already. There is a large amount of turnover due to the Vista acquisition. The once very appealing compensation plan for variable pay has taken a turn for the worse and payouts have become much lower.

      Great product, market leader and great opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Company doesn't live its values, it doesn't consistently provide an inclusive environment, operates in silos (no collaboration), lack of transparency at every single level, no career opportunities unless you are friends with management
