too much of work load and pressure to meet the timelines and especially submitting timesheets is a nightmare as they are into every minute of it. Some days worked for even 18 hours but no recognition , all the awards are manager dependent. If the manager likes you then it does not matter how much work you are doing and following the process , for others its a night mare. Complete partiality

Pros

Xactly puts their employees first. They ensure that you are being fairly compensated and treat everybody, no matter where you are on the ladder, with respect. They like to do something fun maybe every other week like happy hours or free lunch occasionally in the San Jose office. There is a great work/life balance and hours are flexible. The management don't force us to stay crazy hours.

Cons

We recently went private and acquired 3 companies in the past 14 months. Xactly wants to focus more on their customer and ensure that we have the best products available.
