      Pros

      Loved the people I worked with! Good location and company paid parking downtown. Enabled with good technology

      Cons

      Management was condescending and didn’t put in effort to train or enable team members, quotas were unrealistic and unattainable, comp is way below the market, and leadership did not represent the company values. I was a top performer yet watched others promoted without hitting quotas several quotas in a row due to favoritism or boys club mentality

      Pros

      High growth phase with evolving training and development programs for sales people. Strong focus on being best in class SaaS software with the financial backing from Vista Equity to successfully achieve this goal. Great place to develop world class sales acumen and close revenue if your a sales professional at any level. A company built by sales people for sales people.

      Cons

      Office in Denver is currently undergoing rapid change which can be a bit chaotic as large classes of new employees are on-boarded and details of a new HQ2 office location downtown are being finalized. The team outgrew their current office space months ago and the company is now being forced to place Denver employees in co-working spaces and other temporary arrangements until the new office space is completed in late 2018.
