Before reading further, I encourage you to reach out to former employees on LinkedIn to ask them about their experience at this company- specifically the Denver office. Queue the PTSD! The vast majority of the 5-star reviews you see for this company are written by the recruiting team as means of inexpensively recruiting top-talent. Toxicity trickles down from upper management, and affects anyone working in a sales-related role. Read up on the lawsuit published by DailyMail earlier this month. Unattainable quotas are set, and the low-volume of closed deals result in the vast majority of reps missing their quotas by a large margin. During my 3 years working at the company, roughly 20% of reps hit quota. On top of the unattainable quotas and the nonexistent commission pay, there is a strong sense of fear throughout the company. Weekly meetings are depressing, as every team consistently underperforms, and management is deflated. Threats to the tune of "big change is coming" and "there are a line of people at the door desperate for your job" are common, and contributes to the entire sales floor constantly on-edge. Working for this company has traumatized countless colleagues of mine, and has jaded many stellar sales reps. Again, please reach out to former employees on LinkedIn. They're all great people, and would happily provide intel into the true nature of Xactly. From the CEO constantly mudslinging on quarterly meetings, to lawsuits against the company's upper-management, to a distraught workforce, this company is the epitome of a classless. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this toxic environment.
