Pros
The people - culture isn't something you do it's something you ARE and let me tell you, this company's got it going on. If I had to describe the culture in 5 words I would say: collaborative, open-minded, determined, thoughtful, and motivated. The product - I always wanted to work somewhere that has a product people can't live without and what we have is definitely one of those things. Close second to water. Water is humans as Xactly is to Comp Admins.
Cons
Everyone has a bad day at work from time to time, it's not up to my company to fix that, it's up to me to take care of myself outside of work so that I can show up 100% every day. If you find yourself hating your job, look at where you could help yourself first before blaming your employer. So for cons, in short....I don't have any.
