      Pros

      I have been with the company for 5+ years and still look forward to my job on a daily basis. I have been promoted several times throughout my tenure. Management is top notch and rewards their top performing employees while providing mentoring and flexibility as needed. Benefits are great, too.

      I'm working in Xactly for almost an year now and I would like to share this wonderful experience with everyone. 1.) I'm passionate about my work so I enjoy doing it. 2.) Work culture is awesome. 3.) Colleagues are cool. 4.) Pay is better than what market offers. 5.) Work from home option 6.) Flexible work timings.
