Pros

The people. It feels more like a family than work. Amazing team collaboration The culture. The entire company is big on culture. The focus on customer and employee success and happiness, and being accountable The work. Love that our software is solving a problem out in the industry with incentivizing employee behavior correctly.

Xactly offers great culture and camaraderie. Peers and management are willing to share ideas and answer questions. Great work-life balance and community service opportunities.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a young public company. There seems to be a good bit of turnover at year end and a tendency to hire from outside rather than from within.
