Well financed by previous mergers, sales, and acquisitions. Has the financial ties grow and prosper.

Cons

Doggedly small thinking-made up of a core of cronies from previous companies. Pretentious leadership not willing to adopt customer driven service demands. Right fighters that hoodwink stockholders by using smoke and mirror archaic methods and technology. This management is more interested in details than results and moves extremely slow at the detriment of employees and the company's best interest.

Xanitos takes a patient and employee centered approach to healthcare environmental cleaning. Their main focus was not "doing more with less". It was "being the best and managing growth so we never compromise our principles".

Cons

Slow managed growth makes advancement slower.

Great programs for teaching and training on-site. Competitive Salary base.

Cons

The work life balance is nonexistent and unless the General Manager has a good relationship with the client the work environment is undesirable. I worked at two different accounts on was great the other was a nightmare. The company needs to teach new managers how to act properly and about communication in a professional environment.
