Hold people accountable and provides a good teamwork environment. High expectations and good employees rewarded for doing their job. Good work life balance considering we work in healthcare which is a 24/7 operation.

Cons

Too many excuses for not getting the job done by my colleagues. Watched many colleagues blame others for their short comings.
