Get your money and go home this is not a career. It is just a stepping stone for something better.

Cons

Regional Manager Alice treats employees like crap. Works you like a dog. Will make you work injured and several positions. Degrades them in front of others. While they make excuses for poor work conditions they still expect you to give 110% and play favoritism amongst employees

Some decent people to work with. Good clients

Cons

Cash flow issues impact employees paychecks & expense reimbursements. Vendors not routinely paid on time causing delays in ability to provide service. Senior Leadership provides little leadership, routinely refrain from providing guidance in order to reserve the right to second guess decisions. CE0 spends more time on meaningless tasks rather then strategically trying to grow the company. XRO-3 is routinely broken, staff do not like using it most operations are not utilizing team cleaning or vacuuming with any level of consistency.
