Pros

Casual dress code. Set hours and off on weekends.

Cons

Micro management unlike anything I have ever seen. Other employees "tell" on you if you are asking too many work related questions. Outdated software. Inadequate training. Co workers are too busy to help out the new hires. They get irritated if you ask a question since everyone is so far behind on their work. This is in part of the high volume of calls due to the customers printers constantly messing up.

You definitely learn how sales works and if this is a field you wish to pursue

Cons

Little sales training, no real feed back, Constant anxiety whether you will keep you job day to day, very high employee turnover rate.

Pros

Co-workers make the job worthwhile. Casual dress code, weekends off

Cons

Upper management shows favoritism to pretty girls (sales) and younger guys (tech support). Will hire then fire depending on your ability to be a good brown noser.
