The company has very poor management, and leadership is just term used to preach their agenda. And they don't practice what they preach either. From top to bottom, the managers and executives are mean, proud, elitist people. HR is a joke because they don't do anything about a grievance unless, of course, it involves a click member. The executive leadership team have no people skills, are very arrogant, and their management team are pretty much the same breed.

I learned the hard way. Do not work here. Managers are fake. Owner doesn't listen to employees complaints. The few "good" reviews on here are fake. They make management or current employees get in here to actually type something nice about the company. Don't fall for it. There are way better jobs out there and managers that actually care for your success. Ross only cares to make money. Absolutely no room to move up and grow in your career. Don't let them fool you when they interview you. Tech support lady is rude. Sales manager doesn't know what he is talking about.
