Pros
- I cant think of any pro to write here. Only good thing is that salary will be credited on time.
Cons
- Management doesn't care about the employees - HR during resignation was taking incorrect feedback about the reason for resignation. Talked in a way no HR should be talking to employees. - Management thinks we employees are machines where they only care about deliverables. No self growth and recognition for the work we are doing - They dont know to recognize talents, they only help people who has been working with them for long time.
