Pros

Salary seems fair, yearly raises and bonuses based upon work performance. Benefits are great and a pension is a rare find.

Cons

Management is oblivious to the reality of the work being done. Resources are over-stretched due to lack of planning. Contractors have more influence than permanent employees which is a direct reflection of the lack of leadership.

Cons

Some people feel it necessary to work more than 40 hours. A lot of upper management is scared to tell their boss' no, creating unrealistic expectations.
