Sense of purpose, plenty of people trying to do the right thing

Barriers to execution are endless, employees come last, workplace bullying at leadership levels, lots of talk but contradictory action when it comes to diversity and inclusion, wasteful spending

They are now requiring us to go into the office again three days a week and have removed the possibility to receive on spot bonuses for finding efficiencies and compensation is below market average.
