Use failings of executives as excuses for cutting our bonuses. Despite having over 15 years as career professional elsewhere, they insisted on giving me PTO at the rate of an employee fresh out of college.

High pay to bring you in, generous PTO you’ll never get to use.

Cons

Everything. Horrible management, employees are treated as disposable numbers, unethical behavior on both the management and front line sides. I worked with very twisted, weird people at this job, do not recommend! Look for a private utility company, Xcel is slowly going under anyway!
