Very in group of employees decide who stays and who goes. If you arent kissing feet on day 1 good luck. Theyve already decided your out. If you dont mind pretending to work all day for 46$ an hr be my guest. I cant sit down all day on my phone I just cant. I would rather be proud of what I do for a living. Just know if its decided youre out you will be told on wed to go home for a paid for leave of absence go take care of yourself you know self care is important and if we dont call you in for work this week then just come in monday and so you show up on monday not allowed on the property they took your badge when they sent you home. So youre locked outside the gate while they have a hook in there loading up all your tools and your not allowed back there to supervise them moving your 200k tool collection. Said they fired me due to unsatisfactory performance Because I was late 1 time I know because I would get five times as much work through my bay as everyone else around me. Theres no way my performance was unsatisfactory. The person that decided this lives in austin texas I live in denver. How can they make that judgement call I dont get the chance to defend myself?
