      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to network and learn about other areas of the Company. Leaders are happy to schedule time to meet for informational interviews and my manager has always been happy to give me the time to meet for these interviews. Benefits like PTO and pension are a plus.

      Cons

      Although there are opportunities to advance, it takes a lot of hard work and persistence. Base pay seems to be lower than average, at least in the corporate sphere.

      Stable place to work. Most people there have and will work there for years. Development opportunities are available for employees.

      Cons

      Salaries are below market. Workforce is very old and therefore change is very difficult. It is difficult to move up in the company.
