      Co-workers were usually good to work with

      Cons

      Mangers/Supervisors micro-manage field and office workers. Lack of actual good management skills. They also can't formulate a readable e-mail.

      Pros

      Exposure, collaboration, motivation, and values. All of this is possible if you work hard and ask questions, never stop asking. Don't ever assume, this is business in general. I am a contractor, it took a little to break the barrier, but that's anywhere.

      Cons

      Not much to be honest, a real first.
