The members of this team are great. Knowledge, willing to teach and friendly.

Cons

The Supervisor of this group is the worst boss I've ever had. She only cares about getting herself ahead in the company. The lack of respect she has shown to her subordinates should be investigated by Human Resources. Her lack of leadership is destroying the morale of the team. I would not recommend joining this team while she is leading it.

Having a normal M-F/9-5 schedule. The pay was decent until the union agreed to a two tier pay system.

Cons

The way management treats the union employees is horrendous. There's lots of nepotism with management hiring friends and relatives who get preferential treatment. From most mid level managers and supervisors up in company positions they are scumbags. If you do your job well and do the right thing your treated worse than everyone else and they pile it on. Glad that chapter is closed in my life and overall disappointed. They treated me like crap and were downright psychologically abusive. Save yourself the time and effort and especially the impact to your mental health.
