Pros

If you have a pulse, you have a job there.

Cons

C-suite is in total disarray and is actively trying to cut employee count to offset fiscal decisions.

Pros

I like my team and my boss.

Cons

Pay is low compared to peers. Change management sucks. Retirement is subpar compared to the 3 other Fortune 500 Utilities I have worked for. Daily travel allowance is lower than I have had in 20 years (and I am the highest position) $75.

Pros

Flexibility with working from home.

Cons

They are now requiring us to go into the office again three days a week and have removed the possibility to receive on spot bonuses for finding efficiencies and compensation is below market average.
