Decent pay, tons of opportunities to move laterally/upward. Good business outlook for years to come. Management/company is willing to sponsor development courses, costing thousands of dollars, these benefit your career. Get to work from home or go into the office.

Cons

All things considered, there are not many cons worth noting.
