Full Benefits package with certain paid holidays. Nice team leads, mentors, and instructors

Cons

Incredibly hard to get time off at times, good luck trying to take a vacation if you’re new. Try again in 3-6 months. Only so many hours of pto can be used in a day so you need to plan ahead.

low pay, bureaucratic leadership, and distant upper management - unaware of many of the challenges and problems on the ground. IT issues and internal employee technology needs are very behind the times.

- The team mentality is amazing, every employee genuinely enjoys working here. My team is very flexible regarding working from home but I choose to come in because I enjoy seeing everyone. - The company takes diverse hiring practices very seriously and constantly works to improve the way we do business. This is the most diverse team I've worked with and also the most cohesive. - The company mission is to have 100% carbon free emissions by 2050, focusing on electric vehicle infrastructure and renewable energy. Helping work toward this goal truly gives you a sense of purpose working in this organization.

Cons

- Theres no skyway parking for the Minneapolis office.
