Stable work environment If you're an engineer you're set for life here.

Cons

So stable that nothing changes... ever 22% women in the company Loses women 3x faster than men Losses minorities 6x faster than whites I work in a dept where there are 100+ leader positions... guess how many are women? 7, and only 2 of those have actual direct reports. 5 of those have no one who reports to them. Pathetic
