      Variety in the role Good teams Good benefits (unless you're a contractor...) Expansive experience to add to a resume

      Corporate executives don't care about employees (big talk, no action) Highly regulated so there is a ton of red tape Very complicated with little or poor training Systems are often outdated, hard to get anything streamlined Dull and clickly company culture Poor to no benefits as a contract employee (compensated with higher pay but it doesn't feel like enough compensation)
