Team-based, result driven work environment. In my experiences, all departments I've had the opportunity to work with are very friendly and helpful regardless of the task. This is a great company to work for that truly cares about their employees by provides a strong benefit package, as well as personal and professional development support.

Cons

Work tasks may change based on the focus and business model of the company based on the rapidly changing demands in the energy sector. On the contrary, this allows you to gain experience in a wide realm of projects and grow your network and experience-base.
