      Pay is decent, if you are of male gender.

      Cons

      Untrained management and poor executive leadership who love to sweep things under the rug. (Wildfires, faulty equipment, aged infrastructure, overworked personnel sleepy at the wheel) Xcel Energy = a revolving door swung open by means of intimidation, bullying and harassment for anyone who attempts to enhance a process or reports unethical behavior is punished.

      Xcel is an excellent company that is really driving the clean energy transition. Due to operating many parts of the Energy System, Xcel is a the forefront of integrated solutions that will bring about the Energy Grid of the Future.

      Cons

      Xcel is a large company and often times the silos and politics can bog down the process of driving forward and fully collaborating to bring about the best solutions.
