      People are friendly and helpful, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Horrible pay structure, no development opportunities, leadership can't make decisions and if you speak up - you get blacklisted for promotions.

      A terrible experience for lower level employees

      Pros

      XE is doing a good job focusing on diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Lower level employees are taken advantage of. Many employees feel underpaid and responsibilities are constantly added to employee's plates that do not reflect their job description or pay. Very poor mental health coverage. Employees are offered 8 sessions a year which is not acceptable for those needing consistent assistance.
