Good benefits and most people are great to work with.

Cons

Xcel doesn’t provide any training for their managers leading to some very toxic leaders at the company. One had several HR complaints and a lawsuit against her, which she was “ reprimanded” for, but she continues to exist as a manager there.

Embraced agile and leadership is absolutely giddy at the speed with which the work is getting completed at the cost of burning out the staff. Lots of turn over.
