There are great people there.

The layoffs ("Reset") killed culture and let a lot of good people go, whilst lumping the rest with more work. Unstable company financials.

1. Work can be flexible depending on teams 2. Some really talented individuals 3. Remote opportunities

1. Leadership is often disconnected from the actual groundwork 2. Disorganised approach to redundancies and company changes, moving away from people to profits. Employees are but means to a goal, and can be thrown away once the work is done. 3. The company culture once a selling point is now slowly dying with the new changes. 4. Career growth and opportunities are now slower than ever
