Great peers and culture, supportive

Cons

Leadership can be misleading and passive in feedback. Very political place, during the layoffs they kept a lot of under performers and sacked some high performers. Honestly, incredibly confusing place.

Pros

Good compensation and company culture. Flexible working, great parental leave policy (26 weeks when I left). 5 days of flexible personal leave on top of all the rest.

Cons

Several things began to slip through the cracks, especially with the recent change to prioritise shareholder value over customer value. Budgets changed, teams with lots of conflict, etc.
