Pros

- development is fast paced (in a good way) so the tools, processes and technologies are always keeping up with the latest IT trends - lots of new things to learn, and people are encouraged to share ideas and be innovative - flexible working hours and work life balance - you have the flexibility on how you want to accomplish tasks, no micro management

Cons

- benefits and perks could be better - Auckland office is not as nice as Wellington Offices, especially the development office

Great office environment. Fairly young company and very forward thinking. Overall a great place to be and I love coming into the office.

Cons

Benefits are still a little expensive, but I think that's normal for a smaller company. Don't have anything bad to say!
